Mix kefir with salt and sugar, soda. Add flour (the amount is determined by the density of kefir).
Knead the dough without lumps. Pour in 1 tsp. grows.oils. The dough should be as thick as sour cream is very thick.
Take a frying pan with a thick bottom. Warm it up. Lubricate with oil.
