Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
We prepare the products and spices necessary for cooking delicious zucchini pizza and marinate chicken breast in French herbs. In a large bowl, rub the young squash on a coarse grater.
Step 2:
Add three tablespoons of flour, half a teaspoon of baking powder, one teaspoon of basil to the bowl to the grated zucchini, break two chicken eggs and mix thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3:
Finely chop a little dill and add it to the zucchini bowl, mix and let the dough stand for a few minutes.
Step 4:
Heat a frying pan on the stove with vegetable oil added to it and spread the chicken breast to fry.
Step 5:
Turn down the heat of the stove and close the pan with a lid, give the chicken breast ten minutes to get ready.
Step 6:
Rub one hundred and twenty grams of hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 7:
Cut the tomato and bell pepper into rings.
Step 8:
Arbitrarily, but not very small pieces, cut the fried chicken breast.
Step 9:
Pour and spread two tablespoons of vegetable oil over the pan with a brush, and put the prepared zucchini dough into the pan.
Step 10:
Spread the dough evenly with a fork in a frying pan, making a pizza base, sprinkle with a little grated cheese, add a mixture of peppers and salt to taste.
Step 11:
Lay out pieces of chicken breast, tomato rings and bell pepper in uniform layers.
Step 12:
Sprinkle liberally with grated cheese on top and send it to the oven for twenty-five minutes, which was turned on at 180 degrees. After twenty-five minutes, sprinkle the pizza with the remaining grated cheese on top and put it in the oven for another five minutes.
Step 13:
