1. Mix: protein, chia seeds, a little vegetable oil (about 5 gr.), and salt and a little water. You need to add so much water so that the consistency is not very thick - for an omelet. I mix and beat it all with a mixer.
2. I lightly lubricate the heated frying pan with vegetable oil and pour out the protein mixture for frying. I break the lid. I leave it on medium heat.
3. I turn the omelet over and turn off the pan.
