Water 0.5 tbsp.
Pour the milk into a deep bowl (I use the store's 2.5% fat content), drive three yolks into it, beat it well.
Then add a teaspoon of cocoa to the top and the same spoon of coffee (in this case I used instant nestle from a jar), salt, sugar, add a little vanilla for the smell.
My milk was initially cold, so in order to get rid of the terrible lumps, I poured into the dough a little (about a tablespoon full) of boiled water from a kettle that had just boiled.
Now gradually add the sifted flour, without ceasing to stir the dough (the dough should be like ordinary pancakes, not liquid. The density depends on the flour being mixed. ) and until the lumps disappear.
That's it, our dough is ready.
We take a medium-sized frying pan (I got three huge pancakes at a time), put it on a high heat, heat it slightly, lubricate it with oil (in this case vegetable), reduce the heat to a minimum and put our pancakes on the pan with a tablespoon, fry on both sides.
Can be served with tea, coffee, cocoa, milk or milkshake.
And most importantly, such pancakes can be eaten without anything (without sour cream, condensed milk, jam and honey. )
Such pancakes can be a decoration of any table.
