    1. Sift the flour into a deep skillet. 2. Pour in the ghee, stir, and toast, stirring constantly, until the mixture is smooth, crumbly, and golden. 3. Add the honey, stir, and cook for 5 minutes. 4. While it's still hot, turn the halva out onto a board, press it into a flat slab about ¾ inch (2 cm) thick, and cut it into 2-inch (5 cm) squares. Enjoy!
