Cooking method
1. Sift the flour into a deep frying pan;
2. Pour in the oil, stir, fry, stirring continuously until the mass becomes homogeneous, crumbly and yellow;
3. Add honey, stir and fry for 5 minutes;
4. Transfer another hot halva to a board, give it a flat shape, 2 cm high and cut into 5x5 cm squares.
