Cooking method
1. Pour the oil into a frying pan, heat it up;
2. Put garlic cut in half and chili pepper cut into rings in a frying pan;
3. Fry for 1 minute and remove from the oil;
4. Put the washed, dried and cut into plates of medium size meat in a frying pan;
5. Season the meat with salt and lightly fry until white;
6. Add chopped onion and soy sauce;
7. Fry until the liquid evaporates in a frying pan;
8. Add chopped bell pepper and fry for 2 minutes;
9. Put the seasonings and mix everything;
10. Add coconut milk and fry for 3 minutes stirring;
11. Add flour, mix, cover and leave on low heat for 5 minutes;
12. Remove from the heat, stir and leave to infuse for 15 minutes.
To garnish, you can serve pasta, rice, potatoes or to taste - any side dish will do. Bon appetit!
