- Pour the oil into a skillet and heat it up. 2. Add the halved garlic cloves and the chili pepper cut into rings. 3. Fry for 1 minute, then lift them out of the oil. 4. Add the pork — washed, dried, and cut into medium slices. 5. Season the meat with salt and lightly fry until it turns pale. 6. Add the onion cut into half-moons and the soy sauce. 7. Fry until the liquid in the pan cooks off. 8. Add the bell pepper cut into half-moons and fry for 2 minutes. 9. Stir in the seasonings and mix everything together. 10. Add the coconut milk and fry for 3 minutes, stirring. 11. Stir in the flour, cover, and leave over low heat for 5 minutes. 12. Take it off the heat, stir, and let it rest for 15 minutes. Serve it over pasta, rice, potatoes, or any side dish you like. Enjoy!
