Cooking method
Peel the onion from the husk. Wash the vegetables thoroughly. Preheat the grill.
Arrange all the vegetables on the grill, fry until they are ready.
After that, dip them in cold water (this is necessary in order to peel them off). Finely chop all the vegetables and mix them in a deep bowl, adding chopped garlic and herbs, vegetable oil and vinegar. Mix everything well again.
Now ajapsandal can be served to the table. Bon appetit!
