Cut the meat into cubes of 4cm. Cut the onion into strips. Peel the potatoes and cut them into 4 pieces. Zucchini and eggplant - in small columns. Sweet pepper, parsley root – rings. In preheated sunflower oil, fry the cubes of meat until it acquires a golden color. Add the onion to the meat and fry until it also turns golden.
Put all the ingredients evenly in the pot, season with spices and mix. Pour in the broth or water and cover with a lid. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cook for 1.5 hours.
