Finely chop the onion. Bulgarian pepper cut out the stalk and shake out the seeds, cut into rings. Divide the carrot in half, cut one half into half rings, the second half into strips. Fry onion, carrot and pepper in a heated frying pan for 5 minutes. Then add the rice, mix everything well and pour in the broth. Simmer for 25 minutes under the lid, stirring well every 2-3 minutes. Serve warm. The broth can be replaced with a cube, but then it turns out not so tasty. Enjoy your meal!
