Cooking method

Step 1:
Get all the ingredients ready.

Cut the pork into smallish pieces.

Chop the onion however you like.

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.

Brown the pork with the onion on the "Bake" or "Fry" setting for 10–15 minutes.

Add the carrots and ketchup, and cook for another 5–10 minutes.

Pour in the water and add the bay leaf, salt, and spices.

Stir the flour into a little water and pour it into the slow cooker bowl. Set the "Stew" setting for 1.5 hours.

Open the lid, give it a stir, and serve.
