Cooking method
Let the cooked buckwheat cool. Fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil with onions and carrots. Mix buckwheat and fried mushrooms, add soaked bread, egg, spices and herbs. Form cutlets from the resulting minced meat and roll in breadcrumbs. Fry in vegetable oil.
