Cooking method

Wash, dry and cut the bear meat into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the meat for 5 minutes, over high heat.
Add the onion to the bear meat and fry for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Pepper the goulash, salt, sprinkle with flour, mix well and fry for another two or three minutes, not forgetting to stir. Add tomato paste, mix well. Pour 2-3 cups of meat broth or water into the goulash, mix, add the bay leaf, cover with a lid and simmer at a low boil, on low heat for about an hour and a half.
 When serving, sprinkle the bear goulash with chopped herbs.
