Wash the chicken, dry it with paper towels.
Remove the skin carefully, cut off the tail, remove the fat layers on the outside. Trim the legs at the joints and tuck inside. Trim the wings at the joints.

Spread the filling 3-5 mm thick on each pancake. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Roll the pancakes into tubes with the filling inside.

Bake at 180 degrees for 60-80 minutes.
Cool the finished chicken and put it on a dish with the breast up.
Cover with a plate, load on top and put in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the chicken crosswise into 2 parts and then in slices of 1.5-2 cm
