Patties made with ginger and vegetables are simply delightful — really tasty! This was my first time making homemade patties with carrot and ginger, and I was more than happy with how they turned out.

Cooking method
- Run the pork, beef, onion, carrot, and potato through a meat grinder. Soak the bread in water, squeeze it out, and grind it too along with the cilantro and parsley. Finely chop the green onion. Grate the peeled ginger root on a fine grater. Combine everything and mix. Add the eggs, season with salt and pepper, and knead the mixture well. Shape small patties and fry them for about 2 minutes per side in well-heated oil. Transfer the fried patties to a pot, pour in 100 ml of hot water, cover, and braise for 15–20 minutes over medium heat. Move the finished patties to a serving dish. For the sauce: sauté the finely chopped onion, then add the strained braising liquid. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle in the flour, and stir quickly to combine. Turn off the heat. Serve the sauce alongside the patties.
