Cooking method
- Finely chop the chicken fillet, onion, and garlic. Add the egg, semolina, starch, and salt and spices to taste; mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then spoon the chicken mixture onto a heated, oiled skillet a tablespoon at a time, shaping it as you like. Place a few small pieces of cheese on top, then cover the cheese with a little more of the mixture so it doesn't leak out. Fry the cutlets on one side until golden, then flip. Serve with or without a sauce. Enjoy!
