Cooking method
- Cut the lightly salted salmon fillet into small pieces, add low-fat sour cream and dill, and stir. Cut the potatoes into sticks — the longer, the better. Leave two sticks whole and notch the rest so they can be stacked into a little "log cabin." Fry them in hot oil, then let the potatoes cool and dry a bit. Cut a "bucket" out of potato as well and fry it in oil. For the "rope," cook 1 strand of spaghetti. The bucket handle is half an onion ring. Arrange fresh herbs on a plate, stack the potato log cabin on top, and spoon the salmon salad into the center. Fill the bucket with salad too. Decorate the well with herbs and radishes. By the way, this same mixture makes a great filling for salmon tartlets — it turns out delicious!
