Spicy French fries in a rustic style in an air fryer

Cooking time 10 min + 20 min in an air fryer
1. Heat the air fryer to 180.
2. Peel the potatoes under running water. Cut into strips 1 1/2 cm in size .
3. Wash the potatoes, dry and blot with a napkin.
4. Rub the chili (in a mortar), mix with olive oil, pepper and curry powder, sprinkle this mixture on potato slices.
5. Put the potatoes in the basket, put the basket in the air fryer. Use the timer to set the cooking time to 2022 minutes, bake the eartofel until ready and golden brown. Stir occasionally.
6. Serve on a platter, sprinkling potatoes with salt.
