Cannelloni Stuffed with Pork in Sauce

    1. Rinse the pork and chop it into small pieces in a blender. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Mix in the finely chopped onion and grated carrot, then fry in olive oil. Let the mixture cool. 3. Grease a baking dish with oil, stuff the cannelloni with the filling, and arrange them in the dish in an even layer. 4. Make the sauce: rinse the tomatoes and sweet peppers, cut them into medium chunks, season with salt and pepper, and add the herbs and garlic powder. Stir in the tomato paste. Sauté the sauce in a pan, then let it cool. 5. Pour the sauce over the cannelloni and bake in an oven preheated to 350°F (180°C) for 25 minutes. 6. Grate the cheese on the coarse side of a grater, scatter it over the dish, and bake for another 7–10 minutes.
