The proposed culinary recipe is not complicated. And, nevertheless, the food that we are going to try to cook now may turn out to be a real treat for gourmets who prefer seafood lovers. What will we need for cooking. Peel and rinse the squid, fry the onion, cook the garlic, soak in broth or water, and then squeeze out the bread and pass it all through a meat grinder. Yes, I almost forgot, the components should be mixed thoroughly before passing them through a meat grinder. Then we have to form the cutlets. We should pan them in breadcrumbs, and then fry them in vegetable oil. Well, that's basically it, squid cutlets are ready! Now you can serve them to the table and only hot, because the food is much tastier this way. Served as a separate dish. But I prefer to do it in addition to mashed potatoes.
