Wash beef (pulp) in cold water, clean it, removing excess: veins, films, fat. And cut into portions.
Cut onion into half rings, grate carrots. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until almost transparent. Add the carrots, stir and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Add beef to the roast, add salt, pepper, stir, fry for 5 minutes on high heat.
Add water, mix. Close the lid, reduce the heat to low, simmer under the lid for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
