Cooking method
We begin the preparation of this dish by defrosting the moose meat (if necessary), washing it, cutting it into small pieces. Then we pass the prepared meat through a meat grinder (you can do it twice), also twist the peeled onions and wheat white bread soaked in milk. After that, we thoroughly mix the cutlet mass prepared by us. If you have used a low-fat piece of moose meat, we can also add a piece of pork fat twisted in a meat grinder to the minced meat. Now we form small oblong cutlets from our minced meat and roll them in breadcrumbs. Then fry our cutlets on both sides until golden. When all the cutlets are ready, they can be served to the table. Bon appetit!
