Step-by-step cooking
We will wash the meat, then we will pass it through a meat grinder. Then we skip it again with white bread (with a trimmed crust and soaked in milk beforehand) and onion. Next, for 1 kg of this mixture, we will add 100 g of flour, as well as 2 teaspoons filled with sour cream (with a slide), 2 chicken eggs, pepper and salt. Mix the ingredients. Heat the oil in a frying pan. We can start forming cutlets of the shape we need. Roll them in the layout and start frying on low heat, turning them over every 10 minutes. The roasting process itself will take no more than 30 minutes of real time. The food is ready!
