Cooking method
- Rinse the meat, then grind it in a meat grinder. Grind it once more, this time along with the white bread (crusts trimmed and soaked in milk beforehand) and the onion. Then, for every 2 lbs (1 kg) of this mixture, add 100 g of flour, 2 heaping teaspoons of sour cream, 2 eggs, and salt and pepper. Mix the ingredients together. Heat the oil in a skillet. Now shape the mixture into patties of whatever size you like, dredge them, and fry over low heat, turning every 10 minutes. The frying itself takes no more than 30 minutes. Dinner is served — enjoy!
