Step-by-step cooking
I cook these cutlets from lean beef, they turn out very juicy and with a delicious crust. The culinary recipe for beef patties is a trademark in our family. Such cutlets always decorate any festive table. Incredibly delicious homemade food! Let's cook beef patties. Lean beef is passed through a meat grinder together with a peeled and cut into 4 parts onion head, as well as chilled butter. Mix these components by adding potato starch. Then add cow's milk, salt and ground black pepper to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat ingredients very well. Finely chop the parsley with dill, and then put it in the minced meat and mix it very well. We form cutlets from minced meat and fry them in a hot frying pan with vegetable oil on both sides until a golden crust forms. Beef patties are ready, we serve them with boiled rice or mashed potatoes. Bon appetit!
