Cooking method
I present to your attention a culinary recipe of traditional Danish food – schnitzel in Danish. This is a great second course, which will suit any side dish. This recipe is suitable for a festive table, and for everyday. For the preparation of schnitzel, it is recommended to use Danish cheese – "Gavarti".
First you need to cut the meat into four large portions and carefully beat off these pieces. Then rub the chops each with a pinch of salt and ground black pepper. We will also need hard-boiled eggs. Boil the eggs, cool and peel and cut into mugs.
Next, cut the cheese into thin slices and put it on the schnitzel. Put egg cups on top of the cheese. Chop the parsley and use it to make schnitzels. Wrap the edges of the meat so that it turns out to be a roll, and fasten it with toothpicks. Now we roll each roll in flour.
Put the butter in a large frying pan, heat it up and put the schnitzels there. Fry each from all sides. When the schnitzels are ready, we will transfer them to a plate, and in the remaining fat in the pan, you can fry the greens that remain. This roast will decorate the schnitzels. The dish is ready and it can be served on the table.
