This culinary recipe will appeal to lovers of very tasty and no less healthy food. Namely, the liver. It is not necessary to use beef liver. Pork or mutton will also come in handy. In fact, veal liver in Berlin is stewed liver with onion-apple garnish. You can add mashed potatoes.
Cut the cleaned and washed liver into pieces. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then roll in flour.
heat 2/3 of vegetable oil (60 ml) in a frying pan and fry the onion, cut into thin rings.
Heat 40 g of butter in another frying pan over low heat, put the diced peeled apples into it. Put it on, turning it over regularly.
Combine the remaining butter and vegetable oil and fry the liver on this mixture. On both sides for 2-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pieces.
Put the onion on a plate, then part of the apples, the liver on top, and the remaining apples on it. Sprinkle with grated parsley root. Decorate with herbs.
