Step-by-step cooking
And you can cook an unusual second course from ordinary sausages. Just a little imagination and effort is enough. I really like to cook sausages with cheese, the recipe of which I found on the vast Polish-language Internet. But, as you know, Poles are big fans of sausages, sausages and various delicious smoked meats. Try out this simple cooking recipe and surprise your family with an unusual, but at the same time, seemingly familiar dish! Sausages stuffed with cheese and bacon will look great on the festive table! For one serving, we need to take 2 sausages, remove the shell from them and make incisions along each sausage, retreating about 1.5-2 cm from the edge (so that later, during cooking, the cheese does not leak out!). Now let's take a piece of hard cheese and cut it into two slices, which would be slightly smaller in length than the cuts in sausages. We put slices of cheese in sausages. And so that the cheese does not float out when it melts in the oven, you need to "swaddle" each sausage into a smoked pork breast. To do this, the brisket needs to be cut into very thin long slices and wrap them around the sausages in a spiral. Bake in the oven until the brisket is browned! You can serve it with beans or peas on the side.
