- This recipe will bring a touch of the exotic to your table. Brazilian cuisine proves once again that it can deliver both great flavor and adventure! Any home cook will find this recipe handy — it adds variety to your table and brings its own "beef" contribution. First, put the meat through a meat grinder. Next, add salt, garlic, and pepper to the meat and fry it until fully cooked. In a separate skillet, fry the marinated pepper and finely chopped onion in oil. Toward the end, stir in the tomato puree along with the raisins and wine. Just before finishing, combine these with the ground meat, season with salt, and mix. The dish is ready to eat. To serve Creole beef, arrange it on a platter with fried bananas and steamed rice alongside, top the rice with a fried egg, and finish with a garnish of fresh herbs. Time to dig in — enjoy!
