Cooking method
This culinary recipe was given to me by my employee, who was vacationing in Sochi last summer. There they went to a restaurant of Australian cuisine, where they were offered to try Pork in kiwi sauce with wine, according to her, this food looked not only appetizing, but was also very tasty. After visiting the restaurant, she begged this recipe from a woman to cook it for us with her own hands upon arrival. First it was necessary to peel the onion and kiwi, and cut into small cubes. Survive the juice of one small orange. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the onion in it. Then add orange juice and white wine to the onion, and stir until all the liquid is boiled. After that, add sugar, black and red pepper, and salt. Add the chopped kiwi to the frying pan, mix and bring to a boil, then remove from the stove. Pour sunflower oil into another frying pan. Lightly chop the pork, salt, pepper and fry for 5 minutes on both sides. Take out the meat and pour the broth into this pan, add a thickener and bring to a boil. Then pour in the same contents of the first frying pan, peremashivaem. Pour the finished sauce on a plate with pork and serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.
