Step-by-step cooking
Take a large bowl or other convenient container and break three eggs there. Add a little salt. Now we need to beat our eggs to a froth. Pour a little flour into the finished mass so that we do not form lumps.
Milk must be poured into our mass also gradually, while mixing the dough well. Now our dough should stand for about 2 hours at room temperature.
While we have a little time, let's prepare the filling. Cut the mushrooms into small cubes. Divide the onion in half and also cut into small cubes. Take a frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms in vegetable oil until golden brown.
After that, pour the cream in there and put it all out together before everything thickens.
If you have fresh spinach, then you can immediately pour boiling water over it and let it go limp a little. Although it is possible in the absence of fresh to use freshly frozen, which will not spoil the taste of the dish in any way. Whatever spinach you use, you need to chop it very finely to make a mush. Add the chopped spinach to the dough.
We will bake our pancakes in a preheated frying pan, which needs to be oiled. Yes, it is lubricated to get an even layer, and the oil does not spread.
Here are our pancakes ready. Now you need to put the prepared filling on each pancake. You can wrap it with a tube or an envelope. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and put in the oven for 3-5 minutes. The cheese needs to melt a little. You can decorate the top with a slice of champignonette, a little fried in advance in vegetable oil. You can also put a spinach leaf on top.
Everything. Our delicious pancakes stuffed with champignons are ready. Bon appetit!
