Thoroughly rinse and peel the chicken liver. Dry with paper towels.
Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan and lightly fry the whole liver. Peel the pumpkin and cut into small cubes. Add to the liver and fry for about 20 minutes. At the end, pour in the vinegar and season with salt and pepper.
Put lettuce leaves on a serving dish, pour lemon halves with juice. To make the dish spicy, you can also pour garlic oil (mix olive oil with chopped garlic). Put the liver with pumpkin. Sprinkle with chopped grapes and sesame seeds on top.
