Cooking method
- I'll let you decide on the exact amounts — add everything to taste and you really can't go wrong :) After all, everyone's had potatoes with mushrooms; some like more mushrooms, some less. Go by your own experience and, of course, your natural intuition!
- So, sauté the mushrooms with onion. I used button mushrooms and chopped the onion very fine (I don't care for onion myself, but I know no dish is complete without it). Next, peel the potatoes and grate them on a medium grater. Combine the potatoes with the mushrooms, the egg, and 1–2 tablespoons of flour (to help it hold together). Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix. Spoon rounds of the potato-mushroom mixture into a skillet and fry each side until golden. Serve strictly with sour cream. Enjoy!!! :))
