Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 h 30 min

This Moldovan dish turns out to be especially delicious when it is cooked on the grill. Each family prepares it in its own way. I liked this "cooking recipe".
We take pork, veal and lamb meat in the same proportions. Scroll it through the meat grinder twice. You can use a meat slicer or a food processor. If you use a conventional meat grinder, then at the end of the second meat scrolling, put 2 onions and 5 garlic cloves to the minced meat per 1 kilogram of minced meat. Season the resulting minced meat with pepper, salt, coriander. Add a spoonful of starch and a third of a teaspoon of soda. After all the ingredients are added, we begin to knead. First, knead with your hand, gradually pouring 3 tablespoons of vodka or meat broth into it. After it becomes homogeneous, we begin to beat it off, namely, we throw it into a bowl at least 50 times. We put the finished minced meat according to this culinary recipe in the refrigerator for 4-12 hours.
After pulling it out of the refrigerator. And we roll sausages 15 centimeters long. Fry them on the grill or in the oven in the grill mode. During cooking, be sure to lubricate the mitre with vegetable oil several times. Mitetei can also be fried on a fire on skewers during picnics. Such food is the best snack in nature.
Enjoy your stay.
