Belarusians are very fond of lard and pork. Here I would like to tell you a culinary recipe that will appeal not only to Belarusians, but also to all lovers of pork, especially its ribs. We will prepare a "Machanka".
Let's start cooking with the sauce. Take a frying pan and put flour and butter on a cold one. Next, start heating it, stirring the contents constantly. When the flour is fried, add the broth to it. Stir well so that there are no lumps left. At the end, pour sour cream into the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
Now let's do the ribs. First, they must be boiled for 5 minutes. Then fry in a frying pan. For roasting, it is better to use oil, not lard, as in most Belarusian dishes. Put the ribs in a pot. To them, fried onions, your favorite homemade sausage, which cut into rings. Pour the sauce over everything and simmer for 5 minutes.
