Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
How to make pork stew in a slow cooker in cans for the winter? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. Choose pork meat without bones, with a minimum amount of fat. Cut out all the films and veins from the meat.
Step 2:
Cut the meat into small pieces and/or put it in a bowl of a multivarki.
Step 3:
Add salt, pepper and bay leaf to the meat. If you are confused by the presence of pepper peas in the finished stew, then you can tie them in a gauze bag, and remove them after cooking. Cover the bowl of the slow cooker with a lid.
Step 4:
Turn on the slow cooker to the "Quenching" mode for 6 hours. It is convenient to do this at night. After the end of the multicooker mode, it will switch to the "Heating" mode and wait until morning.
Step 5:
Mix the finished stew so that the salt is evenly distributed in it. During the stewing, a lot of juice appeared from the meat. Turn on the "Frying" mode and bring the stew to a boil.
Step 6:
Prepare the cans for the stew. Rinse them well and sterilize them in any way convenient for you - this can be done in the oven, in the microwave or over hot steam.
Step 7:
In the prepared jars, spread out the hot stew and top up with a little broth from the bowl of the slow cooker. Cover the lids with boiling water and close the jars. Cool the stew and store in a cool place. Have a nice treat!
Keep in mind that the cooking time and mode are indicated approximately in the recipe. All slow cookers work differently and even the same models of the same manufacturer may have their own characteristics. Before you start cooking a new dish for you in a slow cooker, carefully study the instructions for it, and then in practice try to cook dishes that are familiar to you first, and then new ones, choosing the mode and time individually for your own technique.
In addition to pork, any other meat can be used in this dish. Keep in mind that the cooking time, as well as the taste and calorie content of the dish will change. For example, beef is cooked longer than pork, and chicken fillet or turkey is less.
