Cooking method
1. Put the beans in a bowl, pour cold water, leave to swell overnight.
2. Cut the bacon into small slices, put it in the bowl of a slow cooker, salt, pepper, fry until browned using the "Frying" mode.
3. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press. We cut the hot pepper into rings, send it to the bacon along with garlic.
4. Peel the onion, cut into small cubes, and send it after the hot pepper. Fry for about 4-5 minutes.
5. Now you can add sugar and pour apple cider vinegar. Mix it up.
6. Add beans and tomatoes to the bowl of the slow cooker (tomatoes are pre-crushed with a blender), and at the same time tomato paste. Top up the water.
7. We enrich the taste of the dish with spices: bay leaf, rosemary, thyme.
8. Select the "Stewing" program, set the time - 1 hour 30 minutes, after the beep, switch the slow cooker to "Pilaf" and continue cooking for one hour.
Serve the beans on a plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
