Slow-Cooker Braised Beans

A fragrant, punchy dish from everyday ingredients! You can turn something as simple as beans into a first-rate meal — be sure to give it a try! It's not hard or fussy to make; most of the time goes to soaking the beans and letting the slow cooker do its thing. Highly recommend!

    1. Peel the onion, cut it into small dice, and add it after the hot pepper. Fry for about 4–5 minutes.
    1. Now add the sugar and pour in the apple cider vinegar. Stir.
    1. Add the beans and tomatoes to the slow cooker bowl (purée the tomatoes in a blender first), along with the tomato paste. Top up with the water.
