Step 1:
To prepare fillets in sour cream in a frying pan, take chicken fillet, sour cream, onion, salt, pepper mixture, if desired, for taste and beauty, you can add bright vegetables: carrots, red or orange bell peppers, green celery stalks, etc. I added celery stalks and carrots.
Step 2:
Prepare the vegetables: peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings (although its slicing does not play a special role in this case), carrots and celery stalk should be cut into a small cube.
Step 3:
Pour sunflower oil into a frying pan, heat it and put the onion first, pour a little and add the rest of the vegetables. If you like strong roasting, then fry the vegetables on high heat, if you want the dish to turn out more tender and soft in consistency, then just put out all the vegetables together.
Step 4:
Wash the fillets, dry them with a paper towel and cut them into small pieces across the fibers.
Step 5:
Add the prepared fillet pieces to the pan to the rest of the vegetables, and add gradually, not the whole mass at once, with constant stirring, try to make each piece immediately come into contact with a hot frying pan and other ingredients - at the same time the protein curdles, the meat clogs and loses its juice, remains juicy.
Step 6:
Poprechite, and it is better to add salt after all the fillet pieces are "closed" so that the meat does not give juice. Fry all the fillet pieces in this way.
Step 7:
Add sour cream, simmer for about half an hour, add salt to taste, add a little water, bay leaf, turmeric or any other spices for chicken.
Step 8:
Sprinkle the finished fillet in sour cream in a frying pan with parsley and serve with any side dish. Enjoy your meal!
