Rabbit meat stewed in a slow cooker

Dietary meat cooked in a special way. Try it! Stewed rabbit - that's what you can please your family for lunch! But this dietary meat is cooked for quite a long time, which may seem like a significant disadvantage. I propose to shorten and simplify the cooking process by using a slow cooker. The rabbit will turn out tender, soft and will have an excellent taste!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 35 min

Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the slow cooker, select the "Frying" program. In the heated oil, pour diced carrots and onions, cut into half rings. Fry the vegetables for 5-7 minutes, then add hot water and spread the rabbit.

Add bay leaf to the broth and salt. We change the program to "Quenching", set the time to 1 hour 15 minutes. 15 minutes before cooking, add mayonnaise and finely chopped greens to the broth. I most often use dill and parsley, but you can add other herbs to taste.

Ready-made rabbit is served with any side dish - buckwheat, rice, potatoes. Do not forget to decorate the meat with boiled vegetables and pour broth.
