Stewed tarkinsky pepper with spices

Cooking method
1. Mix tamarind paste, honey and 60 ml of water in a small bowl.
2. Put a large frying pan on high heat and pour in coconut oil - enough to cover the bottom.
3. Add coarsely chopped onion, finely chopped garlic, salt and spices. Fry, stirring from time to time, until the onion becomes soft and transparent, it will take 5 minutes.
4. Add coarsely chopped pepper and fry until the pepper becomes soft - this is another 5 minutes. If in your opinion the mixture is too dry, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
5. Add peanuts, coconut chips, the rest of the water (130 ml), reduce the heat to medium, stir and cook for another 5-10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
6. Add the tamarind-honey mixture, stir and cook for another minute.
7. Turn off the heat, add the yogurt and stir.
Serve stewed Tarkin pepper hot.
