Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Turn on the slow cooker, select the "frying" program and pour a little oil into the bowl. Onions are cut into cubes, carrots are cut into strips. We put the vegetables in a bowl and, stirring, lightly fry.
Step 2:
Finely chop the cabbage (it is better to use a special shredder for vegetables, then the dish will be more tender) and put it in the bowl.
Step 3:
Add salt, ground pepper, favorite seasonings, green peas (no need to defrost), tomato paste and pour a little warm boiled water.Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Choose the program "Stewing" or "Baking", the cooking time is about 30 minutes (depends on the capacity of the slow cooker and the volume of products). After the specified time, try the dish and, if necessary, extend the work for another 10 minutes. We put them on plates. Enjoy your meal
