Step 1:
Prepare the products. Peel the vegetables. Wash the duck well and wipe it with paper towels.
Step 2:
Cut the duck into portions.
Step 3:
Cut carrot into rings, onion into half rings.
Step 4:
In a saucepan (cauldron), lay out pieces of duck in layers - salt - pepper - leaves of lavrushka - some vegetables. And so we make several layers - until we use all the products.
Step 5:
The top layer should be vegetable. Cover with a lid and put on fire. At high heat, let "bubble " 4-5 minutes.
Step 6:
Then we make a small fire and simmer with the lid closed for 1h.30 minutes. We mix it up periodically.
Step 7:
After an hour and a half, the juicy and fragrant duck in its own juice is ready.
Step 8:
