Step 1:
Cut the fillet into medium cubes, onion into half rings and fry on the "frying" or "baking" mode for 10 minutes without oil.
Step 2:
Add salt, pepper and seasonings. Mix it up.
Step 3:
Put all diced vegetables on top of the meat,
Step 4:
Pour out the tomato mixture, mix and close the lid, set the "quenching" mode for 40 minutes or 1 hour .
Step 5:
