Slow-Cooker Stewed Pork Ribs

Making stewed ribs in a slow cooker is a real pleasure. They come out extraordinarily tasty, even though you barely add anything special! Browning the onion and ribs should take you about 10 minutes. You brown with the lid open — the slow cooker acts like a skillet at this stage — and then switch to the "Stew" setting.
