We prepare the products: chop onions, tomatoes, grate carrots, clean (remove the bone, head, intestines) and cut the fish into 4 parts.
Put tomatoes in a saucepan and simmer them for 15 minutes.
Fry onions in a frying pan until brown, then add carrots to it and fry.
After onions with carrots and fish are sent to a saucepan with tomatoes. Salt, pepper and simmer on low heat for 40-50 minutes.
