Step-by-step cooking
Quite recently I bought a few pots for my house, in which I now cook everything that can be put there.
I made cabbage with sour cream according to this recipe on the day when I decided that meat was harmful. Then, of course, I changed my mind, but the recipe remained.
The cabbage head is cleaned from the upper leaves, washed in water and finely chopped.
Boil the chopped cabbage for a quarter of an hour in salted water, and then cool.
Finely chop the onion and fry in butter.
Mix cabbage with onion, pour a small amount of water, add spices and salt to your taste.
Lay out the resulting mass in pots and bake in the oven until fully cooked.
Pour sour cream over the finished cabbage and serve it hot on the table.
We get a great vegetable dish.
