Step-by-step cooking
Cut potatoes into large chunks.
Onion and bell pepper cut into small cubes.
Cut carrots into small cubes.
Cut the meat into 3 cm pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a cast iron.
Lay out the meat and fry it with constant stirring.

Pour beer over the meat and lay out the potatoes.
