Rabbit Stew with Vegetables

A wholesome, delicious dish the whole family will love. Braised with a little sour cream, the rabbit comes out incredibly soft and tender. You can use milk or cream instead if you prefer. This meat-and-vegetable stew is a full meal on its own — just round it out with a fresh salad.

Cooking method

    Gather the ingredients you'll need. Peel the vegetables and rinse them under water.

    Pour in the water, then add the spices and salt. Stir in the sour cream and mix gently.
