Rabbit stew with vegetables

Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the necessary products. Peel the vegetables and rinse with water.
Step 2:
Cut the onions into half rings, and chop the garlic into circles.
Step 3:
Grate carrots on a coarse grater.
Step 4:
Fry carrots, garlic and onions in oil.
Step 5:
Cut the potatoes into cubes.
Step 6:
Cut the rabbit fillet into large pieces.
Step 7:
Roll the meat in sifted flour.
Step 8:
Fry the meat in a frying pan with oil for 5 minutes.
Step 9:
Add potatoes and rabbit to carrots and onions.
Step 10:
Pour water, pour spices and salt. Add sour cream and mix lightly.
Step 11:
Add chopped parsley. Stir and simmer for 45 minutes under the lid.
Step 12:
Before serving, transfer the hot rabbit stew to a deep bowl, you can decorate with fresh herbs. Bon appetit!
