- Rinse the beef ribs, cut them into pieces, and season with salt. Peel the onion and slice it into half-moons.
- Spread half the onion in the slow cooker pot, drizzle with vegetable oil, then pack the ribs in snugly, brush them with adjika, and top with the remaining onion.
- Pour in the boiled water, close the lid, select the "Stew" mode, and set the time to 1 hour 30 minutes.
