Cooking method
We will start cooking by soaking the beans in clean water for 5 hours. When time passes, the water from the beans should be washed off, rinsed and put into the bowl of the slow cooker.
The meat is well washed, lightly dried with paper towels and cut into medium-sized pieces. We send the meat to the bowl of the slow cooker to the beans.
Fill the beans and meat with broth. You can take any broth - chicken, meat, vegetable. If the broth was not available, it can easily be replaced with water in equal quantities.
We put tomatoes in their own juice in the bowl of the slow cooker. We also add tomato paste there, and also pour salt and spices to your taste. It is best to take those that have a bright spicy taste, for example, coriander. Ginger powder is also good for this dish. Pour garlic powder into the bowl of the slow cooker. Mix everything well.
Close the lid of the slow cooker, set the "Languor" mode, the time is 6 hours. If there is no such mode, it can be replaced with the "Extinguishing" program, if possible, setting the minimum temperature and time for at least three hours.
After the cooking time has elapsed, we let the soup stand in a closed slow cooker for another 15 minutes, after which we open it and lay out the finished soup on deep serving plates. A great addition to the soup will be grated parmesan or any other flavorful cheese. And also fresh herbs - dill, parsley or cilantro, which need to be finely chopped or decorate each plate with a whole twig.
Bon appetit!
