Slow-Cooker Liver with Potatoes

A wholesome, really tasty dish that comes together fast. It makes a hearty, wonderfully fragrant dinner for the whole family. If you like, you can add a bell pepper, too.

  • Peel the onion, carrot, and potatoes. Cut the onion into quarters and the potatoes into large chunks. Grate the carrot on the fine holes of a box grater. Cut the pork liver into small cubes. Sauté the onion and carrot in the sunflower oil on the "Sauté" setting. Then add the liver and cook for 5 minutes. Add the potatoes, sour cream, water, salt, and black pepper. Switch to the "Stew" setting and cook for 1 hour. Serve the liver and potatoes hot. Enjoy!
