Cooking method
1. Peel the carrots and onions, wash them under running water. Cut carrots into cubes, onions into cubes. In the slow cooker, turn on the "Frying" mode and fry the prepared vegetables in vegetable oil.
2. My chicken, cut into small pieces, put in a bowl. Pour flour and dry spices to the chicken, mix.
3. Bulgarian pepper is cleaned from seeds, washed, cut into small pieces.
4. Put the prepared ingredients in a slow cooker: chicken, roast, bell pepper, add tomato paste, water, salt, bay leaf. Select the "Quenching" program and the time is 2 hours and 30 minutes.
