A fragrant meat dish from the slow cooker — simple and delicious! This chicken goulash is a real treat, and you can serve it with any side you like. In the slow cooker the meat braises low and slow, the way it would in an oven, until it's practically melt-in-your-mouth tender. Give it a try!

Set the slow cooker to the "Sauté" (Frying) setting and cook the vegetables in the vegetable oil until softened. 2. Rinse the chicken, cut it into bite-size pieces, and add it to a bowl. Sprinkle the flour and dry spices over the chicken and toss to coat. 3. Seed the bell pepper, rinse it, and cut it into small pieces. 4. Add everything to the slow cooker: the chicken, the sautéed vegetables, and the bell pepper, then stir in the tomato paste, water, salt, and bay leaf. Switch to the "Stew" (Braise) setting and cook for 2 hours 30 minutes. Enjoy!
